Invoices are submitted to myDATA for validation, receive a unique MARK/UID, then are delivered via certified providers or the free Timologio app. QR codes on PDFs must link to the myDATA record. Tax incentives are available for companies adopting e-invoicing 2 months before the deadline: 100% equipment depreciation in purchase year and 100% deduction on e-invoice costs for the first 12 months.
