Swedish organisation number has wrong check digit
So lautet die Ablehnung wörtlich: „[SE-R-013] The seller's Swedish organisation number (organisationsnummer) has an incorrect check digit. The last digit of a 10-digit Swedish org number is calculated using the Luhn algorithm. This rule checks the seller's company registration number specifically.“
XPath: cac:AccountingSupplierParty/cac:Party/cac:PartyLegalEntity/cbc:CompanyID — Swedish national rule SE-R-013. Only fires when seller country = SE. Validates Luhn mod-10 checksum on the 10th digit.
