What is an Evidence Pack?

An Evidence Pack is a structured audit trail produced by Invoice Navigator's validation and remediation engine. It provides documentary proof of what was checked, what was changed, and whether the final result is compliant.

Why Evidence Packs Matter

When your invoices are audited — whether by tax authorities, trading partners, or internal compliance teams — you need to prove:

1. The original invoice was validated against the correct standards
2. Any errors were identified and documented
3. Fixes were applied correctly (not just randomly changed)
4. The final invoice passes all validation rules
