CVD classification required when clean vehicle attribute present
This is the rejection, word for word: „[BR-DE-CVD-03] When an invoice contains a clean vehicle attribute (cva), the invoice must include a CVD (Clean Vehicle Directive) classification. This is required for German public procurement of vehicles under EU Directive 2019/1161.“
The Clean Vehicle Directive (EU 2019/1161) requires specific classification codes for vehicle procurement in public contracts. When the cva (clean vehicle attribute) is present, a corresponding ItemClassificationCode with listID="CVD" must be included.
